How To Apply Interest Scheme Unit ?

STEPS:

1)  Collect application form from our agents.
     Called 012 - 889 6609 or 016 - 890 6609.

2)  Complete the application form, together with photocopy IC, cheque payable to

     填写申请表格。 身份证复本和支票抬头

     – TMF Trustee Malaysia Berhad A/C Swiftlet Eco Park

3)  Stamp duty is RM 20 per application.
     每份合约 印花税是 RM 20。

4)  Do Not Accept / 不接受
     – Credit Card
     – 信用卡

 5)  Receive a copy of Prospectus
      领取招股书

6） Prosperity Agreement 投资者与管理公司之合约

• Date of execution of this Agreement shall be within 14 days from the date of the Management Company’s acceptance of the Applicant’s application to purchase the ISU.
• 这份合约将在管理公司接受投资者购买投资单位（ISU）后的14天内签署。投资者与管理公司将各自保管此共同签署的合约。

7） Prosperity Certificate 投资者之证书

• It is issued to each Investor in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed and the Swiftlet Ranching Prosperity Agreement.
• Signed by both Trustee and Management Company.
• 每一位投资者将在购买投资单位后的30天内获得由信托公司与管理公司共同签发的投资证书。
