6） Prosperity Agreement 投资者与管理公司之合约
- Date of execution of this Agreement shall be within 14 days from the date of the Management Company’s acceptance of the Applicant’s application to purchase the ISU.
- 这份合约将在管理公司接受投资者购买投资单位（ISU）后的14天内签署。投资者与管理公司将各自保管此共同签署的合约。
7） Prosperity Certificate 投资者之证书
- It is issued to each Investor in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed and the Swiftlet Ranching Prosperity Agreement.
- Signed by both Trustee and Management Company.
- 每一位投资者将在购买投资单位后的30天内获得由信托公司与管理公司共同签发的投资证书。
